What happens after you call

We come out and look
No charge and no obligation. We walk the site with you, talk through what you are trying to achieve and flag anything that is going to be difficult before it becomes a surprise.

You get an itemised quote
A written breakdown showing where the money goes, what is included and what is a provisional sum. If we cannot price something properly yet, we say so rather than burying it in an allowance.

Approvals and program
We work with your certifier and draftsperson to get the paperwork through, then give you a written program so you know the sequence and roughly when each trade turns up.

We build it
One point of contact for the whole job. The site gets cleaned down, the house stays weather-tight, and you get told when something changes rather than finding out at handover.
